2025 Coordinator:
Vinny Zupo
RULES:
HITTING:
Mandatory speed up rule for the catcher with two outs
No tagging up
One base on overthrows
Offensive team must earn home: No scoring on overthrows, wild pitches, or passed balls.
5-run limit per inning.
PITCHING:
Pitchers are limited to 40 pitches or two innings (whichever comes first). If a pitcher reaches the 40-pitch mark during a batter, they can exceed 40 pitches to finish that batter
Pitchers can't pitch in back-to-back games (spring season only)
After two walks in the inning, the pitcher is placed on “coach’s help.” The pitcher can remain in the game, but no further walks will be awarded to the offense. Once a hitter receives a fourth ball, the coach will come in to finish the at bat. The result of the at bat will count toward a team’s out allotment.
Pitcher removed after two hit batsmen in an inning, or three in a game
Track pitch counts and submit them to your division coordinator every week. These reports are mandatory.
